Highland Park is an open space subdivision of about 100 homes that were built starting in the late 1980's, mostly by Hallmark Construction. We are adjacent to but not affiliated with the condominiums known as The Village at Highland Park, also built by Hallmark. The existing development phases at Highland Park are almost completely built out but there is another phase of about 26 homes pending.
Other nearby developments have used similar-sounding names, but they are not related to Highland Park or affiliated with the Highland Park Association.
