The bulletin board is maintained by the Highland Park Association for the benefit of the homeowners in Highland Park. Membership and participation in the bulletin board is limited to our residents. Please register with your own name so your neighbors will know who they're talking to. The board administrator may unregister users who aren't identifiable as belonging to Highland Park Association. The administrator may delete postings that are rude, profane, off-topic, or inappropriate.
Notwithstanding our efforts to restrict access to the bulletin board, remember that it may be possible for others to read your posts, so don't post anything that you wouldn't mind anyone knowing.
